Accessibility Statement
Binder Community Limited · No. 17058768
Overview
Binder is committed to making our Platform usable by as many people as possible, including people with disabilities. This statement explains our approach and how to get help.
1. The standard we aim for
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA as our benchmark for accessible design across our app and website. Conformance is to be confirmed by accessibility testing.
2. What we do to support accessibility
• designing with sufficient colour contrast, scalable text and clear structure;
• supporting keyboard and screen-reader navigation where practicable;
• providing text alternatives for key non-text content;
• testing accessibility as part of our development process.
3. Known limitations
We will list any known accessibility limitations here, with our plans and timescales to address them, once testing is complete.
4. Getting help and alternative formats
If you have difficulty using any part of the Platform, or need information in a different format, please contact us and we will do our best to help:
5. Your rights and feedback
We welcome your feedback on accessibility. Under the Equality Act 2010, service providers must make reasonable adjustments for disabled people; if you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Equality Advisory and Support Service (EASS).
6. Review
This statement was prepared in June 2026 and will be reviewed regularly and after significant changes to the Platform.
